Shipping and Transport

– Bearing in mind that the products sold by our company are not consumer goods, but mostly accessories, to be used by professionals in the field, we reserve the right not to accept any return, post-order withdrawal or exchange of product.

– Electronic components, due to their enormous fragility and susceptibility to being damaged at the time of application, do not have any guarantee at any time, either before or after application.

– Transport damage will only be accepted if communicated within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and only and only when mentioned on the PDA / paper carrier of the delivery person who makes the delivery the box condition. In other circumstances, our services immediately refute the acceptance of a damage record, due to the absence of valid arguments at the time of delivery.

– Our current carriers are CTT EMS and MRW, and any and all orders will be subject to the general conditions of the service they provide to us, and under certain circumstances it may be impossible to guarantee compliance with specific times and delivery times, constraints those caused by seasonal phenomena or higher service flow.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the global situation, we cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries, price increases, or sudden cancellations of deliveries by suppliers.

We will do everything to meet the Customer’s satisfaction, but from now on it is reserved:

– the right of non-refund of the amount paid, due to delay in delivery.

– the right to cancel the delivery with a refund of the amount paid, if the supplier discontinues, cancel the shipment,

– the right to adjust the price without prior notice (a situation that we will avoid at all costs).
